This site has two main navigation options:

If you click BOOK you will be taken to a page where you can view each individual page of the manuscript accompanied by transcribed text. You can pick a starting point from this page or click on TITLE PAGE and move chronologically through the text. This option is best if you want to look through the manuscript as a complete unit.

If you click INDIVIDUAL RECIPES you will be taken to a page where you can view the text of each recipe on a new page with links to corresponding manuscript pages. This option is best if you are looking for something specific and do not want to go through every page.

Alternatively, you can use the search bar in the bottom left corner to find entries with certain keywords; e.g., “marchpane,” “roses,” or “gelly.”
